We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you. Any damage issue with the product delivered then customer needs to mail us at regaliaornamentsbj@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel .If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes in this case customer is requested to send back the products with customer name and mobile on it. The Shipping charges for sending back will be refunded to you once you share the receipt of courier and we receive the damaged goods back.

Order once placed is not liable for any cancellation in any circumstances whatsoever.

 

RETURN POLICY

We humbly don't take returns on items sold once except for special cases.

Wrong Delivery: If it's an incorrect item sent other than what customer ordered we would take return of the same. Any such issue with the product delivered , customer needs to mail us at regaliaornamentsbj@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel .If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and generate refunds on delivery of the package.
