Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-10 business days except for the customised orders or pre-orders or as communicated during the order placement. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Email - regaliaornamentsbj@gmail.com

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer shipping at flat ₹100 Pan India. In most cases delivery to over 95% pincodes occur within 6 - 14 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and in case we are not able to deliver this within 60 days, we will issue a refund for your order.

Cash on Delivery is not available.

* Next day delivery (NDD)- We offer Next Day Delivery within PAN India. Extra ₹ 250/- will be charged for the same and order has to be placed before 3 pm on the previous day. Please note, delivery may not happen on Sundays and Public Holidays.
