CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY
Damage or Wrong Delivery
If you receive a product that is damaged or find any item missing from your shipment, you must share an unboxing video (from start to end, with no cuts or edits) via email at regaliaornamentsbj@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, if the product is confirmed as damaged or missing, we will arrange an exchange.
Refund
If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the product, a refund will be issued for the affected item(s).
Pickup & Processing
For any approved exchange or refund, we arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days.
If pickup cannot be completed due to any issue, the customer may be requested to ship the product back to us.
In such cases, the courier charges (with courier bill) will be reimbursed.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Upon verification, if the product is confirmed to be damaged or missing, we will arrange reimbursement accordingly.
Refund
For international orders, returns and replacements may not be possible in most cases due to logistical and shipping constraints. If a product is received damaged, defective, or with missing items, and the claim is verified by our team, we may offer a partial refund of the product value, depending on the nature and extent of the issue.
Please note that shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other government-imposed fees are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be limited to the eligible product value only and will not include shipping or customs-related charges
